Holiday Programs

Well-planned, genuinely enjoyable holiday activities that get NDIS participants out in the world and families a chance to recharge.

Holiday Programs

A holiday program should feel like a highlight, not a routine. We design ours with that standard in mind. Every program we run is structured enough to feel safe and predictable, but varied enough to feel exciting and new. Our participants tell us that holiday periods with PFCA are something they genuinely look forward to, and that is exactly what we aim for.

How We Run Our Holiday Programs

  • Planned group and one-on-one activities matched to each participant’s interests and capacity
  • Community day trips, excursions, and recreational outings led by experienced staff
  • Structured social programs that build communication and peer connection over time
  • Inclusive activity design that accommodates different mobility, sensory, and cognitive needs
  • Programs scheduled across school holiday blocks and public holiday periods
  • Creative, physical, and cultural activities that go well beyond passive participation
  • Personal care, medication, and mobility support integrated into every activity

Our Approach to Holiday Programming

We reject the idea that a disability holiday program should default to the safest, most predictable option. Our participants are curious, engaged people who want to experience things. Our job is to make that possible safely, and we have the expertise to do exactly that.

Before each holiday period, we gather input from participants, families, and support coordinators about what would make the program most valuable. We use that feedback to shape activities that align with NDIS goals, personal interests, and genuine fun.

What We Provide
