Support Coordination
An NDIS plan on paper and an NDIS plan in action are two very different things. The gap between them is where participants either get stuck or make genuine progress. At People’s First Choice Australia, our support coordinators are expert at closing that gap. We read plans carefully, source providers strategically, manage service agreements thoroughly, and check in consistently to make sure everything is actually delivering what it promised.
What Our Support Coordinators Do for Participants
- Plain-English explanation of your NDIS plan, funding categories, and what each line item means
- Provider research, shortlisting, and vetting based on your needs and preferences
- Service agreement preparation, negotiation, and relationship management
- Ongoing monitoring of service quality, goal progress, and budget performance
- Evidence gathering and report writing to support plan review applications
- Rapid problem-solving when support arrangements break down unexpectedly
- Gradual capacity-building to help participants self-direct more of their own support over time
Our Approach to Coordination
We approach coordination from a participant-first position, always. Our coordinators work for you, not for the providers on your plan. When something is not working, we say so and we fix it. When an opportunity exists to improve your outcomes or better utilise your funding, we pursue it proactively, not just at review time.
PFCA offers both standard Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination for participants with complex situations. Whether you are entering the NDIS for the first time or navigating a significant life change, we bring the experience and dedication needed to keep your plan on track.

Working Across Your Entire Support Network
Great coordination requires strong communication across every part of a participant’s support ecosystem. Our coordinators maintain active relationships with allied health practitioners, plan managers, support workers, and the NDIA to ensure nothing gets missed and every piece of the plan is doing its job.
